At Mai Castle
Title: At Mai Castle
Characters: Cao Ren & Lu Meng

Notes: Inspired by the DW5:XL battle in which Cao Ren and Lu Meng jointly command the enemy forces against Guan Yu - which was, in turn, based on the similar 219 AD collaboration between Wei and Wu. Digital pencil and ink, mostly freehanded with a tablet except for some strategic copy/pasting of hand drawn brocade motifs. This took me an ungodly amount of time, especially because I had to redo so much in the process. Repeatedly.
