When did DW custom character start? I was looking it up, thinking of taking screen shots of mine (as in taking a pic of the tv with my camera) when all I could find was DW6: Empires stuff. I know it started way before that but I can't remember which game. Does anyone know?

Also, does anyone know if there is some kind of DW custom character generator online so I don't have to take pics of my tv with my camera? Thanks
