Apologies to Pang De fans.
( Somebody on Koei Warriors just posted an image of Wei's character select screen. )
It is looking extremely likely that Pang De has indeed been cut. There was a rumor list somebody had leaked that listed names of new characters we'd be getting and that Pang De and Zuo Ci would not be returning. So far, the leak has been correct about all of the new characters (even Lian Shi) so it looks like it's pretty accurate. I'd say there's a high chance that we are not getting Pang De back this time around.
