Dynasty Warriors History Inquiry

I have been thinking about this for some time after watching episodes of Three Kingdoms and I am hoping that I'm not the only one who noticed it. When Zhen Ji died in 221 A.D., she was 38. When Cao Pi died in 226, he was the same age! It got me wondering: Was Cao Pi's death retribution for what happened to Zhen Ji? Notice the fact that there is no record of how he died, so it could be some conspiracy theories there. Then again, in that time time period (with the Cao and Sima family) there is no doubt on my mind that something could be up. What do you think?

According to the Chronicle of the Three Kingdoms, Cao Pi died of an illness that lasted at least two weeks. (Last post on this page - Pi is referred to as the Emperor because he had taken that title long beforehand.) Forced suicides and the like are generally recorded under euphemisms such as "dying of grief."
