I thought no one would be interested. But seeing how Bao Sanniang is on the list....

akzseinga is hosting a great love fest dedicated to female characters. It’s called:

WE LOVE THE WOMEN THAT THE FANDOM HATES

It’s a week-long fest where you post everyday, showing your love and appreciation to a female character that might be hated on in the fandom (for variety of reason).

You can learn more here (as well as claim a female character for yourself.)

And don’t be afraid to spread the love and pimp the event everywhere :)

Just to let you know claiming new characters is now closed, but of course there's nothing to stop you claiming a character already tagged - I think it's a max of 5 people per character per language of posting.

It's such an awesome idea, and it's sad that so many great characters get attacked and looked down upon just because they're women. And it's sad in the DW fandom in particular when the majority of female characters get called sluts and whores (and worse) so often.

I'm the one who tagged Bao, btw ^_^

It's like a tradition for a majority of the fanbase hating on new female characters being introduced into this series. (I just wish they had more involvement in the story mode though)
