Final cast for John Woo’s “Red Cliff”

Hm, it looks like John Woo has the final cast for the film, “Red Cliff” (赤壁) or “Battle of Red Cliff” (赤壁之戰), but I am kinda glad that they didn’t cast Watanabe Ken (渡辺謙) as Cao Cao (曹操)! According to China Movie DataBase, here is the final cast list:

Zhang Fengyi 張豐毅 as Cao Cao 曹操

You Yong 尤勇 as Liu Bei 劉備

Chang Chen 張震 as Sun Quan 孫權

Kaneshiro Takashi 金城武 as Zhuge Liang 諸葛亮

Chow Yun-Fat 周潤發 as Zhou Yu 周瑜

Hu Jun 胡軍 as Zhao Yun 趙雲

Lin Chi-Ling 林志玲 as Xiao Qiao 小喬

Zhang Jingchu 張靜初 as Da Qiao 大喬

Zhao Wei 趙薇 as Sun Shang Xiang 孫尚香

The cast list looks alright,although Idont like the idea of chow yun fat as Zhou Yu.

Chang Chen as Sun Quan I dont know im a bit iffy about it.

Iam really happy with Zhao Wei as Sun shang XIang though,

Hello.... It's nice to meet all of you.... I'm new here and I joined this community due to my love of Dynasty Warriors. I've played a lot of DW games. I really enjoy playing as either of the Two Qiaos. That's what got me interested in Wu. My most favorite game in the series is Dynasty Warriors 5.
