SW2: ending song

I have been looking for a purchasable CD that contains the ending song from Samurai Warriors 2. Japanese CD is fine.

Since I don't know the name of the song, it is difficult to determine whether or not it exists on the Sengoku Musou 2 original soundtrack (here). But from what I can tell from the track list (on the japanese page), it does not seem to be present on either CD, unless it's named oddly or something I wouldn't expect.

Does anyone know for sure whether or not this song is on the SW2 OST (ie, does anyone here own this OST)? If not, does anyone know of a CD that *does* contain this song?

If nothing else: Does anyone know the name of this song?

The english credits on the game list Minoru Mukaiya as the "Music & Music Producer".

Right now I'm making due with a sound byte I extracted from Youtube, but the quality is expectedly "meh". A higher quality video capture of the ending sequence would be an improvement, if nothing else, if anyone knows anything about that.

If only it was on the sound track. Or at least, if only they made it obvious that it was on the soundtrack. Is it on the soundtrack? Wah!

Any help would be appreciated.
