There is still a little bit of enemy-disappearage but I haven't run into a situation where that's been a problem. What is a problem, however, is when you get backed into a corner and the camera angle changes so you can't see if you're hitting anyone. Meanwhile you're getting the tar kicked out of you and...yeah. That tends to be a little annoying.
It seems to me that the characters are more exaggerated. Sun Ce is even more of a flake (but I still love him); Sima Yi is even more of a scheming, evil-vizier type (which made me sad); Cao Pi is, well, a royal brat following in Daddy's shoes. Those are just examples, really. They made the personalities a little more...cartoonish? I guess?
I know none of this was about the two you asked about but I hope it helps a little. Oh, and the videos are amazing.
