Diao Chan was considered one of the Four Beauties of China. However, since there are no historical records of her she may have most likely been a fictional character. Records did show that Lu Bu had an affair with one of Dong Zhuo's maids, but none showed evidence that her name was Diao Chan.

Date: 2009-09-24 06:58 pm (UTC)Well, what I've been reading around (...ok, on Wikipedia) is that, after Lü Bu's death, Zhang Fei and Liu Bei started to fight for her, so, to solve their quarrel, Guan Yu said "ok, let's split, then! :D~" and cut her in two, lmao. Poor Diao Chan...
