Updates to the comm

Greetings. I've updated some things in the comm. Users can now freely tag posts. I didn't realize this was off for the longest time. So if you feel like it, you can go back and tag your fic, graphics, news, images, DLC and what have you. Also, I've added some links in the side bar. If you have a link that you want to be added, please reply here and let me know.
