Battle of Chi Bi the movie

Just saw this and thought I'd mention it here since it was kinda slightly Dynasty Warriors (or rather, RotTK) related:

Its the trailer for John Woo's new movie, Red Cliff, about the Battle of Chi Bi. I knew it was being made, but I didn't realize it was so close to completion. (Or at least the first one, apparently its being made into two movies?) Looks like Zhuge Liang is played by Takeshi Kaneshiro (Jin from the House of Flying Daggers) and Zhou Yu by Tony Leung (Broken Sword fro Hero) and I think the film focuses mainly around them.

Anyways, I think it should be interesting to see a big budget version of the Battle of Chi Bi being played out.

the movie's actually quite hyped up here in singapore since last year already =D it's expected to be awesome. the trailer actually looks much better than the three kingdoms: resurrection of the dragon, a movie that focuses on zhao yun (played by andy lau). ahhh two rotk movies to actually look out for in one year--just like heaven!
